It's exciting--and inspiring--to hear about lawyers who become bakers. Lawyers are precise and detail-focused, which are characteristics of good bakers, in my humble opinion. Lawyers making cupcakes may seem like a paradox, but I suspect more lawyers will go for the rolling pin over the gavel.
